October Product Updates

We've made some improvements to Jar in October. Check them out!
October updates
Corinn Pope

We just wanted to put out a quick update to let you all know what we’ve been working on.

If you’ve logged into Jar recently, you may have noticed some small improvements to the app. Here they are, in no particular order:

Follow Requests

Team members other than the person to which the request is assigned to will now be able to receive email notifications when a client has sent an email about the request to Jar.

Request Confirmations

Clients will now receive confirmations that their request has been submitted.

Unarchive Requests

Previously, archiving requests meant that requests were basically unretrievable. We’ve now fixed this so that requests can be easily archived and unarchived as needed.

Better Update Request Button

We’ll also be working on improving the ‘submit request’ button so that it better indicates when a request has been successfully submitted.

Fixes to IE Compatibility Issues

Users who were experiencing issues when using Internet Explorer 10 or 11 to access Jar should now be free of any display issues.

We’re still working on some bigger updates, so stay tuned to the blog and our  Twitter and Facebook for the latest and greatest information.

And as usual, if you’re a Jar user (or even a prospective user) and want to send any feedback our way – positive or negative – we’d love to hear it. We want to make Jar the best platform for running a productized service on and we need your help to do that! Just shoot an email over to [email protected]
